As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirming it.

Our shipments are made on the same business day if the order takes place until 11am. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the following business day. Also our shipments are free to Portugal and Spain.

Our shipping time is estimated at 3 to 5 working days.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, the delivery address can be changed. However, your order may suffer delays that the brand will not be responsible for.

What if I am not at home to receive the product?

To ensure that the product is delivered correctly, we ask that the person who ordered it or someone authorized is at the shipping address. However, the carrier will always make a new delivery attempt. If delivery is not possible, your product will be left, for a certain period of time, at the agency closest to your delivery address.

What if my order is not delivered or I refuse delivery?

In both cases, a refund will be made in the shortest amount of time.

Where can I see the status of my shippment?

You can follow your order with the tracking code that will be provided by us on the carrier’s website (don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding tracking).
